We are pleased to announce that here at JB Fab we now have the facilities to carry out a full vapour blasting service.

Using the latest machinery we can vapour blast most items, returning them to a like-new condition.

Vapour Blasting is ideally suited to softer metals such as aluminium as it is a far less abrasive process than regular blasting.

The blasting media, normally medical grade glass bead is mixed with water under high pressure to clean the surface without causing any damage.

Items such as carburettor bodies, manifolds, motorbike/scooter engine cases, clutch covers can all be accommodated, as well as larger items such as a classic Mini gearbox case.
